If you have a user created with full access and you want to change it to have Customer Service access (so that it does not see the wallet), you can change its role type.
Go to Client Settings by clicking on your user (top right):
Scroll down to the Client members section. There you will see the users who have access to your store.
With each of them, if you click on the 3 dots, you will be able to manage their role or delete the user.
There, you can switch from "Full access" to customer service" and vice versa.
Click SAVE.
