These charges are what you will see on each order, within the wallet section of each order.

When an order is placed, you can log in to view it and you will find a "Wallet" section. In it you will find a breakdown of the payments that are made for each order, which we will explain below:

If the order is a normal order, without cash on delivery

When the order comes in, you will automatically be charged for the shipping and the product.

If the order is with cash on delivery

When the order is placed, you are automatically charged for the outbound and return shipping. Until the order is delivered, the product is not charged. This is why the return shipping is charged directly, in case the customer does not accept the order and it has to be returned to Beeping's facilities.

At this point there are two scenarios:

  1. The order is delivered: when the order is delivered to the customer, the product is charged for and the return shipment is returned. This is because, when the customer accepts the order, it no longer has to go back to the warehouse, so we return it to you.
  2. The order is not delivered: you are left charged for the outbound and return shipping, since the order goes back and forth. However, you do not pay for the product.
When the order is cash on delivery, the order is subject to a handling fee.

Once the courier pays for the order, the COD fee is deducted and the rest of the amount sent to us is returned to you. There is no maximum date for how long it takes for the courier to pay beeping for COD orders, but it usually does not exceed 7 days.
