Returns procedure + Form template

We share with you a recommended step-by-step procedure for the customer to return the product and have it accepted to stock for a new shipment.

Items returned by your customer must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation and unused. If this is not the case, the returned item will not be accepted for stock.

What must the customer do to return an item?

Steps to follow:

  1. Introduce the item/s inside the original packaging, with the label and item in perfect condition.

  2. Send a photo with the form duly completed. We recommend adding in the header the name of the store to classify it once it is entered.

  3. Insert the return form inside the box, duly completed, with the return reasons for each returned item.
  4. Send the return package by registered mail to the following address:
    Carrer dels Artesans, 29
    46970 Alaquàs, València (España)
  5. We recommend that the package is sent by registered mail, otherwise, the company is not responsible for possible losses.
IMPORTANT

Once the package has been sent, it is important to ask the customer for the shipping receipt from the shipping company showing the date and address of shipment.

Once the customer has made the return and sent the two photographs (receipt and form), they must be uploaded on the return support ticket.

When we receive the return, we will check that all the items are in good condition and we will give them an answer through the same ticket.
